The ErgoRack was designed to reduce muscle stress, eliminate risk of injury and speed the job of loading and unloading ladders from a work van.

Notes:
Ship thru configurations are available. All ErgoRacks for H1 (Low Roof) and H2 (High Roof) Ram ProMaster chassis models come with slides.
All racks can accommodate 16 foot to 40 foot extension ladders.
Rotation ladder rack crossbars can be spaced at six, seven, or eight feet. Ladders 28 feet and longer require 8 foot spacing of crossbars.
All racks can accommodate 8 foot step ladders. 8 foot step ladders require 6 foot spacing.
For step ladders longer than 8 feet, optional extended rear uppers and slides are available.
Part IDs with “3” in the prefix (ex. VRR3) designates a 3rd crossbar. Three crossbar racks allows more flexibility to carry both short and long ladders.
A wide range of accessories are available including conduit carriers, light holders, and more.
Maximum roof capacity of Ram ProMaster is 330 pounds when using three or more anchor locations.

Crossbar spacing and the vehicle’s wheelbase length will dictate the ladders that can be carried. Crossbars can be spaced at six, seven, or eight feet. A 3rd crossbar can be spaced four, five, six, or seven feet. If carrying a long extension ladder and a short step ladder, a three crossbar rack is suggested. Contact Prime Design customer service for application specific questions. Check the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendation for roof capacity weight limits.
